The approach comprises a mixture of theory, practice, role-playing and interactive exercises.
The pre-course and post-course sessions enable you to prepare for the learning process beforehand and to maximize the results afterwards.
Among other things you will be asked to draw up a project.
Two individual coaching sessions will help you to work out your personal action plan.

  • Post-course: 2 coaching sessions of 1.5 hours each

Pour qui ?

You are responsible for an operational team.
You are new in your role as Manager, or you have never followed a basic course in leading people and in leadership skills.

Objectifs de formation

This course will help you to develop your talents as a people Manager and make the operation of your team more efficient.

Behavioural competencies: forming a team, motivating, developing a vision, delegating, empathy.

Programme détaillé

During this course you will work on the following subjects:

Module 1:


  • Acquiring insight into your own leadership style.

  • Planning and organizing the work of your team, and translating the objectives of the organization into team objectives.

  • Delegating and managing productivity.



Module 2:


  • Honest and open communication with your employees.

  • Supporting and coaching your employees in their personal development.

  • Building a team and mobilizing it around shared objectives.



Module 3:


  • Making changes operational, and dealing with uncertainties and resistance.

  • Promoting external communication.
